Atlantic purchases Orion Jet Center
Atlantic Aviation has entered into a purchase agreement with Orion Jet Center, located at Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), FL. Through this acquisition, Atlantic moves intop the South Florida GA market.
Orion Jet Center features over 200,000 sq ft of hangars, the largest of which is capable of accommodating Bombardier Global Express sized aircraft. The facility also includes 36,000 sq ft of office and maintenance space, and an executive terminal with three conference rooms, a crew lounge, showers and sleep rooms, and a VIP lounge.

According to a company statement, closing of the transaction is expected in Q3-2017, subject to satisfaction of conditions including receipt of relevant government and regulatory approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
