Embraer unveils Pheom 300E


Brazilian OEM Embraer Executive Jets has launched and “enchanced” version of its popular and wordlwide best-selling light business jet, the Phenom 300. The Phenom 300E was unveiled during this week’s Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (BACE 17) at Henderson Executive in Las Vegas, NV.

According to a company statement, the aircraft features an entirely redesigned cabin and the addition of Lufthansa Technik’s nice cabin management system. Embraer Executive Jets President & CEO Michael Amalfitano referred to cabin as “a more spacious one with more customization options and ease of maintainability.”


Extra attenton went into the construction of newly designed seats. The seat profile has an enhanced headrest, retractable armrest, along with a new table, side ledge, side wall, and valance designs. Additionally, the in-house developed seats feature broader backs for greater support, extendable headrests with bolsters, and extendable leg rests for improved ergonomics.

“The Phenom 300E not only elevates the passenger experience with an intelligent design, it also improves our customer’s ownership experience by driving aircraft value through simple cabin maintenance and redesign capabilities,” explains Embraer Executive Jets Interior Design VP Jay Beever.


Another enhancement is the aircraft’s proclaimed industry-exclusive upper technology panel along the centerline of the aircraft’s ceiling. Flight information and cabin management controls, and inflight entertainment can all be accessed through the two swing-down seven-inch displays.

Originally launched in 2005, the Phenom 300 first entered the market in 2009. Leading the light jet segment since 2012, the Phenom 300 has been the most delivered business jet since 2013 with over 400 aircraft in close to 40 countries. Deliveries of the Phenom 300E will commence in Q1-2018. Initial price listing sets the aircraft at $9.45 million, increased from the original $8.76 million Phenom 300.
